At Coats Homes, we use a team based approach on all of our homes. On one home, there will be 7 dedicated individuals overseeing your project on a daily basis. We’ve broken it all down below!
Project Manager- The PM is your main point of contact through the project. They will oversee the budget, schedule, and be the overall communications hub facilitating the entire home building process.
Superintendent- The Superintendent is the more traditional role you may think of when you think of home building. This is your construction manager who is on your job site managing the subcontractors and vendors and making sure your home is being built to our standard of excellence.
Company Leadership- Company Leadership will be overseeing your project every step of the way. This team includes the company President, company Partner, Director of Project Management, and Senior Construction Manager. They will be monitoring the progress of your project closely and stepping in to double check quality at all the major construction mile stones.
Accountant- We have a staff accountant who will transparently communicate directly to you throughout the entire building process. The draw process is always transparent and we will show you exactly where your money is being spent. Coats Homes will always leverage our outstanding relationships to get our clients the best pricing possible.
