Marquette Continued….

Continuing our tour of Marquette, let's move upstairs...

The front staircase features the same paneling as the downstairs entry and includes wall sconces by Arteriors.

The master bedroom boasts a sleek fireplace with soapstone firebrick, and a solarium sitting room with views of the backyard and pool.

The master bathroom has a simple carrara marble tile on the floors, and the shower walls have a textured carrara tile (which we are obsessed with!).

For this child's bathroom, the client wanted a classic navy penny tile and we love the final look! The nickel hardware is by Rejuvenation.

The interior walls and trim were painted to match the exterior, while all of the interior doors were painted a subtle grey (Benjamin Moore's Stonington Grey).

The laundry room features copper accents throughout, including white oak shelves with copper brackets.

The second story playroom features expansive windows, pitched ceilings, and this adorable bathroom! The client loved this concrete tile by Cement Tile Shop, and we understand why - it's the perfect mix of practicality and whimsy. The brass hardware is by Rejuvenation and the beveled subway tile on the walls completes the space.

The homeowners wanted to make the most of their 3rd floor, so we turned it into a bunk room! Under each bed is a pullout trundle so the room can sleep as many as eight kiddos.

The 3rd floor bathroom has blue mini penny rounds on the floor with beveled subway tile on the walls.

It was such an honor to design and build this home, and an even bigger honor to hand over the keys.

Inspired and in love with our job,
