Design in Mind: Refined Tribal

California Casual. French Country. Seaside Cottage Chic.

Naming a homeowner's style is not a new practice. Naming one's style helps to guide choices throughout the home building process.

We've recently named a potential client's style "refined tribal" and she fell in love with the term. Then, we found a house via DHome that perfectly embodies our newly coined style profile. It's refined (clean, modern lines, not too many fussy finishes) but tribal (eclectic, with carefully-edited art, accents and fabrics that warm up the simple modern shell).

Anyone else think they need to build a house with "refined tribal" style? Let us know!

This house is owned by Josh and Meredith Needleman (Josh is the VP of Business Development and the head of sourcing for Peacock Alley) and is featured in this issue of DHome. Enjoy!

Inspired and in love with our job,
