A Good Team Equals a Fun Process

If there’s one thing people underestimate about the home building process, it is the time that it takes. Our typical time frame for a home build is 14-16 months, and that’s after the pre-construction phase, which can last 6 months to a year (choosing architect, designer, plan development, engineering, permitting).  Building a home is an intimate process, there are ups and downs, and ultimately, you are inviting us into your life for this period of time! We get the privilege of knowing your family inside and out so that we can build the perfect home suited to your needs, wants, and lifestyle. For Jamie Charles, owner of our Beverly project, liking her home builder was a non-negotiable and key ingredient to enjoying the home building process. Enjoying the home building process is so important because this is your HOME! As Jamie points out in our latest episode of our extended video series, you don’t want to move into your new home feeling bitter and having negative memories of the process. Our desire is to make the home building process incredibly enjoyable and to build you a home that makes you smile every day. Jamie was able to do this by choosing a home builder she got along with and enjoyed being around, trusting her home builder, and understanding expectations. We are thankful to have had the chance to build the Charles family’s dream home and to be such good friends with them!
