Introducing the new kid on the block: 3801 Greenbrier! This sleek, inspired new home isn’t alone though—it’s actually our FIFTH Coats Home on Greenbrier. And oh boy, is it a beautiful addition!
This classic Coats Homes entry captures the home’s open, transitional style. We’re loving how the stunning white-on-white shutters frame the iron and glass front door.
How about a tour? The white-on-white theme continues inside, complimented by matching grey and white marble countertops and backsplash in the kitchen. Check out how the upholstered stools draw out the grey in the marble.
Take a peek—stylish storage is at an all-time high in the classy butlery:
Now how about some drinks? It’s time for the house-warming party and this fabulous blue and brass wine bar is ready!
The show-stopping combo of blue and brass makes a repeat appearance in the nearby powder bath.
But the formal powder bath takes the gold (pun intended)! Check out the inlaid gold detailing in the sink basin.
...a master baths to rival the best of them:
We can’t get enough of the tile in here! Not sure which we love more—the elegant design behind the bath or the head-to-toe tile in the master shower?
And last, but definitely not least, let’s check out the backyard. This outdoor living space features a Pinterest-ready patio and a pool perfect for beating the heat.
Shout out to all the master craftsmen/women who helped turn this dream into a reality, especially the interior designers at Collins Interiors, architect David Stocker with Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro Architects, PLLC, and the photographer who captured this project so beautifully, Nathan Schroder!
Inspired and in love with our job,
