Home Building Team
The Coats Homes Difference
At Coats Homes, we believe a home should be personal. It should inspire you. It should be uniquely yours. We are honored to serve the Park Cities and Preston Hollow neighborhoods as a custom home builder. Originating as a partnership with a 50-year-old home building company, Coats Homes has evolved into a full service team of professionals able to meet all your design and home building needs. With a passionate emphasis on timeless architecture, craftsmanship, and personal style - we are committed to building a home that is perfect for you. The end goal is not just building a home, it’s living in it.
A skilled craftsman cannot do anything in life without evaluating his craft—how to make it better and how to do it differently–and that is how Ben Coats approaches building luxury homes. A second generation builder with more than a decade of experience building homes in the Dallas-area, a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, and an appreciation of fine architecture all combined to create Coats Homes. Coats Homes provides clients a white-glove building experience where service and exceptional craftsmanship are most valued. Under Ben’s leadership, Coats Homes has received “The Dallas 100” award and has consecutively been named one of the Best Builders in Dallas by D Magazine. Coats Homes projects have been featured in D Magazine, luxe interiors + design, Dallas Modern Luxury, The Scout Guide, and D Home. Ben has built his own home and family right here in Dallas. His wife Jennifer, his five children, and his passion for home building are the reasons he works so hard for you.
